When you call, have the basics ready: whether the door is stuck open or closed, whether it's making noise or just quiet and dead, and roughly how old the door is if you know it. Most of the houses in this part of North Texas went up somewhere between 1959 and 2014, with the bulk of the stock dating to the early 2000s, so torsion springs, openers, and tracks from that era are what we see most and what we carry parts for.
We answer during the day and return calls the same day when we can't pick up right away. If you leave a message with your address and a two- or three-word description of the problem, we can usually tell you over the phone whether it's a same-visit fix or something that needs a part ordered first.
Who Does the Work
The person who answers the phone is generally the same person coordinating who shows up at your door. We work on springs, openers, tracks, cables, rollers, and panels, and we work on both single and double doors, whatever the house calls for.
We run jobs out of Flower Mound and cover the surrounding towns within a short drive: Double Oak, Bartonville, Lantana, Copper Canyon, Trophy Club, Highland Village, Argyle, Westlake, Hickory Creek, Roanoke, Corinth, Lake Dallas, Northlake, Shady Shores, Keller, Oak Point, Justin, Haslet, Ponder, Cross Roads, Farmers Branch, Paloma Creek, Richland Hills, Krum, Haltom City, Saginaw, and New Fairview. Distances range from a couple miles for the closest to the far side of twenty minutes for the outer ones, and that distance is part of how we figure out same-day versus next-day scheduling.
One honest limit: we don't do custom fabrication or specialty architectural doors built to order. If a door needs a part that has to come from a manufacturer with a long lead time, we'll tell you that up front rather than let you wait and wonder.
