The office is at 451 International Pky, Flower Mound, TX 75022, which puts us close to the neighborhoods we spend most of our days in - Double Oak two miles off, Bartonville, Lantana, and Copper Canyon all within four, Trophy Club and Highland Village at five. We also take calls from Argyle, Westlake, Hickory Creek, Roanoke, Corinth, and Lake Dallas, and go as far out as Northlake, Keller, and Oak Point when the job calls for it.
If you're farther out - Haslet, Ponder, Cross Roads, or the towns past there - call first and ask, since drive time changes what we can get to same day. We'd rather tell you straight than have you wait on a truck that's not coming soon.
Who Does the Work
The people who show up at your house are the people who fix the door - springs, openers, tracks, cables, rollers, panels. A lot of what we see traces back to the age and type of the house it's attached to. Housing in this service area was built mostly between 1959 and 2014, with the heaviest concentration from the 2000s building boom across the 27 named areas we cover.
That means a mix of eras on our schedule most days: original torsion setups on older houses next to openers barely a decade old on newer builds. We don't guess at parts before we see the door - a spring that looks like a standard replacement on a 2005 house can be a different animal than the same-looking spring on a house from the late 90s. We work on both.
What we don't do is sell you a new door when the fix is a $40 part; if replacement really is the better call, we'll tell you why, not just quote it.
The Short Version
We fix garage doors in Flower Mound and the towns around it, on houses that mostly date from 1959 to 2014. The service area runs from Double Oak and Lantana a couple miles out to Keller, Saginaw, and Haltom City much farther, and household incomes here run well above a lot of places we could be based, which shapes the kind of doors and openers we're usually called out for - more mid-range and upgraded hardware, fewer bare-bones builder-grade setups. We answer the phone, we look at the door before we talk parts, and we say when a repair isn't worth doing.
That's most of it. There's no origin story here worth padding out - just a crew that knows the housing stock in this corner of Texas and shows up with the right springs on the truck more often than not.
